Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 20.12.2021 (P-4), passed by respondent No. 1, whereby petitioner was transferred from Civil Hospital, Khanna to C.H.C. Fatehgarh Panjgraian, District Sangrur. Learned counsel for the parties jointly stated that impugned transfer order has been cancelled vide order dated 04.01.2022 (R-1), therefore, present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
