(Oral) At this stage, both the counsel submits that the amicable settlement has been reached between the parties, before the Mediation Centre. The settlement/compromise deed, has also come on record. Both of them now intends to seek dissolution of marriage, by way of filing of petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act.. In the given circumstances, counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that she does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.

However, the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement/compromise deed.
