NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for taking action against the private respondents pursuant to FIR No.0367 dated 03.6.2023, under Sections 323, 498-A, 506 IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015), registered at Police Station City, Sirsa (Annexure P-1) and for entrustment of the investigation to some independent agency or by constituting the Special Investigating Team (SIT) or from Crime Branch.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2Superintendent of Police, Sirsa to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 02.8.2023 (Annexure P-2) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner.
