Mr. Jatinder Pal Singh, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 3 and the vakalatnama filed is taken on record.

Mr. Jain has tendered the original compromise and submitted that he wants to withdraw the appeal, in view of compromise dated 20.12.2018, in lieu thereof the appellant has received an amount of `1,10,00,000/-. The compromise is taken on record.

He further submitted that the parties have also undertaken to withdraw all the litigation pending between the parties against each other.
