Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari setting aside the order dated 12.11.2021 (P-11) passed by respondent No.1 passed in non-compliance of Section 20 of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to interfere, learned counsel, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
