The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Vide order dated 20.09.2023, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner, which is continuing till date.

Petitioner's counsel submits that the petitioner had joined the investigation on 26.09.2023 and voluntarily complied with the previous order dated 20.09.2023. 4.

On instructions from Inspector Suresh Kumar, counsel for the State has not disputed the contention made by counsel for the petitioner, however they want custodial investigation.
