Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to re-fix/revise the petitioners' pension by granting them annual increment for the service period of six months or more rendered by them prior to retirement.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, contends that SLPs filed by the State against the Division Bench judgment in Suresh Kumar Singla case is pending before the Supreme Court, wherein interim directions have also been issued not to proceed with the contempt proceedings. 3.
