The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Vide order dated 20.09.2023, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner, which is continuing till date.

Petitioner's counsel submits that they have voluntarily complied with the order dated 20.09.2023. He further submits that the main accused- Rajesh Ramakrishnam, who was Managing Director, had already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.09.2023 and subsequently the said order was made absolute on 12.10.2023 passed in CRM-M-47642-2023.

Counsel for the State could not refute the concession of bail to the Managing Director and the petitioner is a Director, not Managing Director. 5.
