The present appeal was filed in the year 2019 by Mr. D.S. Pheruman, Advocate. The matter was repeatedly adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellants on one ground or the other. On 21.03.2024 it was made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted on any account and in case the matter is not argued on the date fixed, the same shall be dismissed for non-prosecution. On 27.01.2025 Mr. Atul Aggarwal, Advocate had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants and had filed his memo of appearance. Learned counsel had sought time to file his vakalatnama on behalf of the appellants.

Today learned counsel for the appellants states that the appellants are not coming forward to sign the vakalatnama hence learned counsel pleads no instructions in the matter.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to AMAN JAIN 2025.09.05 09:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

RSA-4629-2019 (O&M) -2dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
