**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that despite moving an application for grant of Arms Licence under the rules on 07.10.2020, action has not been taken so far. For the grievance in question, the petitioner has also moved a representation dated 15.06.2021 before the competent authority/respondent No. 2, but the same has not been attended to so far.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case his representation dated 15.06.2021 is directed to be decided by the competent authority/ respondent No.2 by passing a speaking order in accordance with law at the earliest. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sumit Gupta, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and on instructions submits that the representation dated 15.06.2021 filed by the petitioner shall be decided by the competent authority/ respondent No. 2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Another grievance of the petitioner as regards his threat perception is also pending consideration before the respondent No. 3.
