In the status report, appended to the writ petition, the statements of respondents No. 4, and, 5, who are respectively the father, and, mother of one Malka-petitioner No. 1, who has solemnized marriage with co-petitioner No. 2, become appended, thereins the mother of copetitioner No. 1, and, also father of co-petitioner No. 1, have assured that they will not, in future, interfere in the happy married life of the copetitioners. 2.

In view of the afore statements, respectively of the father, and, mother of co-petitioner No. 1, and, as become appended respectively as Annexure R-1/T, and, Annexure R-2/T, with the status report, filed on behalf of the State of Punjab, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
