Through the instant criminal writ petition, as filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought issuance of directions upon the respondent(s) to ensure protection of her life and liberty, inasmuch as, she apprehends her arrest by the respondent No.2. 2.

To the considered mind of this Court, the instant petition is a misconceived motion, inasmuch as, the petitioner is seized of an alternative and efficacious remedy for redressal of her grievance, as canvassed in the instant petition.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file an anticipatory bail application/petition before the court of competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her grievance, if any.
