The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.04.2025 passed by this Court in CRWP-2631-2021, whereby the criminal writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and decide the representation dated 036.03.2025 submitted by the petitioner.

In compliance of the order dated 24.04.2025 passed by this Court in CRWP-2631-2021, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 09.12.2025 of Mr. Varun Sharma, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, along with Annexures R-1 to R-3, has been filed on behalf of the respondent before the Registry. A perusal of paragraphs No.6 and 7 of the said compliance report shows that order dated 24.04.2025 passed by this Court in CRWP2631-2021 is fully complied with. 4.
