(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 06.08.2022 passed by learned Principal Judge Family Court, Rewari in case No. MNT125/591/2019 titled as 'Anita Kasera and another vs. Gaurav Kasera' whereby petitioner has been directed to pay total interim maintenance of Rs.30,000/- p.m. (Rs.25,000/-p.m. to the wife and Rs.5,000/- p.m. to the minor child) to the respondents alongwith litigation expenses of Rs.2,100/-.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts, he is unable to establish contact with the petitioner; and as such, unable to comply with order dated 12.12.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court directing the petitioner to file affidavit regarding the arrears till date; and order dated 07.08.2024 passed by this Court directing the petitioner to file affidavit showing details of his income, assets and liabilities, if any.
