* This is a petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS'), for anticipatory bail, in a case arising out of FIR No.34 dated 30.01.2025 under Section 420 of IPC, Police Station City Faridkot, District Faridkot. 2.

By virtue of order dated 04.08.2025, the benefit of interim anticipatory bail was afforded to the petitioner subject to the condition that he would join the investigation.

Today, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in compliance with the above-mentioned order, the petitioner has already joined investigation.
