The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent No. 2-Superintendent of Police, District Yamuna Nagar, to take action on the representation dated 10.07.2025 (Annexure P2) made by him against respondent No.4-Naresh Kumar. 2.
The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation (Annexure P2) before respondent No.2, who forwarded the same to the Station House Officer, Police Station Bilaspur, for taking legal action against respondent No.4. It has been prayed by the learned counsel representing the petitioner that permission to withdraw petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievance against respondent No.3 for not taking any action against respondent No.4, may be granted. 3.
