This appeal has been filed by appellant/wife challenging judgment and decree dated 11.09.2019 passed by learned Principal District Judge, Family Court, Hisar whereby petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of marriage by decree of divorce filed by respondent-husband has been allowed.

It is stated that appellant-wife has received a sum of Rs. 35,00,000/-. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has specific instructions to withdraw this appeal as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Statement of parties in this regard was recorded on 19.12.2022.
