RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct the investigation by a senior lady officer of some other district except SBS Nagar for investigation of case FIR No.48, dated 15.04.2021, registered under Sections 323, 498-A IPC, at Police Station SBS Nagar, and conclude and submit the final report expeditiously and to decide the representation dated 30.09.2022. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 30.09.2022 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken. Notice of motion.

Mr. Sandeep Kumar, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the State The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. the Superintendent of Police, SBS Nagar, to decide the representation if any filed before him within 10 days from today, within a period of one month from the date of filing of the same in accordance with law.
