Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, for cancellation/setting aside of the order dated 20.06.2025 (Annexure P-13), passed by learned Special Court, Chandigarh, whereby regular bail has been granted to respondent No.2, in case, FIR No.135 dated 24.07.2024, under sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Central Sector 17, Chandigarh. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that since compromise has already been effected between the parties, i.e. petitioner and respondent No.2, he seeks withdrawal of the present petition. 3.
