**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is involved in four more cases, therefore, he could not comply the conditions of order dated 03.11.2022 passed by this Court.

Given above, the present petition is allowed and interim order dated 03.11.2022 is made absolute subject to compliance of all the conditions mentioned in the order. In case, the aforesaid conditions are not complied with, protection granted to the petitioner by this Court shall stand recalled automatically under Section 362 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C without any further reference to this Court. Liberty reserved to the petitioner to file a fresh application for bail.
