At the very outset, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has already declared as a proclaimed offender on 01.05.2023 and challan has already been presented against him on 31.08.2023. 2.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate petition to challenge the order, whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender.
