(Oral) This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to allow the petitioners to continue in service till regular appointments are made; not to replace and relieve them due to transfer/deputation of regular or contractual Lecturers from other colleges. Further, a prayer has been made to grant the similar interim relief as granted to the similar situated persons in, CWP-24163-2018, titled Pawan Kumar and Other v. State of Haryana and others.

It is not denied that the petitioners are continuing in service as Extension Lecturers. The petition has been filed only on an apprehension that they will be displaced in the event of transfer drive, which is yet to commence. Therefore, no cause arises to the petitioners at this stage. 3.

In view thereof, the instant petition stands disposed of as pre-mature.
