RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to official respondents no.2 to 5 to protect the life, liberty and property of the petitioners and their family members from the hands of respondents no.4 & 5. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioners that petitioners would be satisfied if their representations, dated 27.08.2022, Annexure P-1 and P-2 respectively, are decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.

After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 and 4, i.e. the Senior Superintendents of Police, Sangrur and Patiala, to look into the representations, dated 27.08.2022, Annexure P-1 and P-2 respectively, and MEENU 2023.02.07 17:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
