Mr. Lakhan Paul Garg, Advocate for Mr. Jagjit Singh Gill, Advocate for the respondents. *** Learned counsel for the appellant has stated that as per information received by him the matter has been compromised between the parties and appellants are not in their contact since long, therefore, an appropriate order in the case be passed. Learned counsel for the appellant had made statement to that effect in the Court on 18.3.2019 seeking some time to place on record copy of written compromise. The matter is being adjourned repeatedly since then. Copy of any such compromise has not been placed on record. However, I find that the matter needs to be closed in view of statement made by learned counsel for the appellants. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
