NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents No.3 to 8, to release the arrears of salary w.e.f. August, 2021 along with interest @ 18% p.a. and further to release full salary of the petitioners at part with other tubewell operators. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents not to replace the petitioners with a daily wager or another similar employee in the absence of a regular employee. Another prayer has been made to direct respondents No.3 to 5 to consider and decide the representation dated 02.11.2023 (Annexure P-8) filed by the petitioners in a time bound manner by passing a speaking order.
