***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner so as to challenge order dated 3.2.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by Commissioner, Karnal Range, whereby an application moved by the petitioner seeking grant of parole had been declined.

Short reply by way of affidavit of Shri Sanjay Bangar, Superintendent Jail, District Jail, Kaithal has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record.

As per the reply filed by State, the petitioner had been released on parole for 4 weeks on 29.9.2022.
