It seems that appellants are not interested in further prosecution of the appeal, therefore, the same stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

As far as the cross objections filed by the plaintiff for grant of relief of specific performance are concerned, such relief cannot be granted to the plaintiff, for the reason that both the Courts below had reached the conclusion that plaintiff was not entitled to such relief; the trial Court observing that the relief of possession of suit property will cause a great hardship to the defendant whereas the Additional District Judge, Rupnagar in appeal agreed with the trial Court on that point.
