Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the Court concerned in view of the decision in COCP-1491-2017 in terms of Rule 9(c) of the Contempt of Courts (Punjab and Haryana) Rules, 1974 which form part of Part 'H' Chapter 7 Vol. V of the High Court Rules and Orders by seeking a reference.

In view of the statement of learned counsel for the petitioners, the present contempt petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court concerned and in case the said Court, after giving opportunity of hearing to the respondent, is prima facie of the opinion that civil contempt is made out, it can make a reference under Rule 9(c) as mentioned above.
