(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 11.08.2021 (Annexure P-2), whereby petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person in criminal case arising out of FIR No.202 dated 03.11.2020 registered under Section 307 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Samrala, District Ludhiana. In view of grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner vide order of even date passed in CRM-M-24640 of 2022, instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
