RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that though notice to the respondent has been issued in the present case but none has appeared on his behalf. Even office report is to the effect that respondent has not been served. A compromise has been effected between the parties and as a result of that, divorce has also been granted by the trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid position, the appellant does not wish to proceed with this case anymore and wishes to withdraw the same.

Ordered accordingly.
