Counsel appearing for respondent No.2, produced a net generated copy of order dated 29.11.2023, passed by the Executing Court, whereby, the execution petition has been withdrawn by the respondent - decree holder, after satisfaction of his complete claim. Resultantly, release warrant of JD No.1 - Ram Kishan (petitioner herein) was also ordered to be issued forthwith, and the order of attachment of property belonging to JD No.1 - Ram Kishan, was also ordered to be recalled and file has been ordered to be consigned to record room after due compliance.
