This is a contempt petition filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for violating the order dated 19.01.2023 passed in CWP 1074 of 2023. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3.

Short reply by way of Affidavit of Maneesh Chaudhry, Director, Fire and Emergency Services, Haryana, on behalf of the respondent No. 2 has been filed by learned State counsel today in the Court. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to scan the same and place it at appropriate place.

Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the order dated 19.01.2023 passed in CWP 1074 of 2023 has been complied with and speaking order dated 28.9.2023 has been passed and even the costs of Rs.20,000/- has been paid vide receipt dated 30.01.2024. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is rendered infructuous and dismissed, as such.
