The instant petition is for seeking concession of regular bail in case bearing FIR No. 26 dated 12.04.2024 under Section 20 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Sekhwan, Batala, District Gurdaspur. The earlier application for regular bail was dismissed as withdrawn on 19.03.2025. Thereafter, 02 witnesses out of the total 13 witnesses have been examined so far and the case is already fixed for prosecution evidence on 26.09.2025.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.
