Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 05.07.2024 (Annexure P-10), vide which the deceased husband of the petitioner namely Sh. Vazir Singh Dalal, was ordered to be reverted from the post of Chief Store Officer to Senior Store Keeper w.e.f. the date of promotion.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents contends that they have already passed an order in compliance to the order dated 12.09.2024 passed by this Court dismissing the representation submitted by the deceased husband of the petitioner. She contends that the aforesaid order needs to be challenged in case the petitioner wishes to pursue her remedies.

The respondent-University has already passed an order on the representation submitted by the deceased-husband of the petitioner and has dismissed the same vide order dated 23.09.2024 (Annexure R-1). The petitioner is required to take recourse to the appropriate remedy in accordance with law by raising challenge to the order dismissing the representation.

- The present petition is accordingly disposed of at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies against the



above said order dated 23.09.2024 (Annexure R-1) passed by the respondent-University.
