Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.106 dated 11.09.2022, under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, (Section 29 of the NDPS Act was added later on) registered at Police Station Lakho Ke Behram, District Ferozepur. 2.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, does not press the present petition at this stage and submits that same may be disposed off as such.
