(Through video conferencing) ***** Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties submit that the parties have orally settled their dispute and according to the oral settlement, the claimants will be paid a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- (Three Lakhs and Fifty Thousands Only) over and above the amount of Rs.9,07,000/- already awarded by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Hisar. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Insurance Company submit that the amount of Rs.3,50,000/- will be paid to the claimants within a period of four weeks from today.

As the parties have already settled their dispute in an oral agreement, the same may be implemented and the present appeal is disposed of with the direction that keeping in view the oral settlement between the parties, another sum of Rs.3,50,000/- i.e. over and above the sum of Rs.9,07,000/- already awarded by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Hisar, be released in favour of the claimants within a period of four weeks GAURAV ARORA 2021.07.15 10:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

FAO No.2039 of 2013 from today. As undertaken by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Insurance Company, amount be released through RTGS. The appellant-claimant No.1 is directed to supply his bank details to the Insurance Company within a period of one week from today so that the awarded amount can be deposited within the time fixed hereinbefore.
