Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents for refixing pensionary benefits of the petitioner by taking into consideration full service from the date of his initial appointment in the respondent-School.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the second respondent. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case the second respondent is directed to decide his pending representation, dated 10.09.2024, Annexure P-6, in a specified period.

Notice of motion.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice and submits that the pending representation, dated 10.09.2024, will be decided by the second respondent expeditiously. 5.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent-Director, AVIN KUMAR 2024.09.16 16:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
