Prima facie, it does not appear to be a case of issuance of notice, as the alleged detenue seems to have got married with respondent No.4. It was in this premise that she herself had earlier approached this Court vide CRWP No.9955 of 2022, where she was arrayed as petitioner No.1 seeking protection qua her life and liberty. The said petition was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to pursue representation moved by the petitioners therein before the police authorities in accordance with law, as is borne out from order JITESH LAL 2022.11.17 23:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
