(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.2 to hear and decide the Executive Appeal No.16357 of 2024 titled as "Krishan Chander vs. State of Haryana and another" (Annexure P-7).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2 (Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar) for deciding the Executive Appeal No.16357 of 2024 in a time bound manner.
