MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.154 dated 01.09.2021 under Sections 451, 427, 506, 509, 148, 149 IPC as well as in GD No. 37 dated 09.09.2021 whereby offence under Sections 452, 354 IPC has been added, registered at Police Station Hariana, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 23.12.2021 the petitioner had joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. Therefore, the present petition be allowed.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Bikramjeet Singh, does not dispute the factum of the petitioner having RUPINDER KAUR 2022.02.23 17:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. He
