Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent No.2-Director General, School Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the legal notice dated 24.07.2019 (Annexure P-8) within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Director General, School Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the legal notice dated 24.07.2019 (Annexure P-8) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioners.
