The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.203 dated 03.10.2021, registered under Section 21/22 of Act No.61 of 1985 NDPS Act, at Police Station Fatehgarh Sahib, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

As per custody certificate filed by learned State counsel, the petitioner is behind bars for 1 year, 2 months and 4 days, commercial quantity of contraband has been recovered from him and he was previously involved in 1 case under the NDPS Act, wherein he stands acquitted. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage.
