Learned counsel for the appellant during the course of arguments, could not assail the findings of the Courts below, whereby the suit property which is joint of the parties is ordered to be partitioned as per the share of the parties which is also not disputed. The interest of tenants, who are in possession, have been protected by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kaithal.
No legal or factual infirmity has been pointed out in the findings of the Courts below, during the course of arguments. No question of law what to talk of substantial question of law requiring determination arises in this appeal, which has no merits. Dismissed.
