***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Mr. Balkar Singh, Advocate, has made appearance on behalf of the respondent and filed Power of Attorney, which is taken on record. He has given a statement that the respondent has no objection, if the divorce petition is transferred from Panipat to Sonepat. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the respondent and taking into consideration the fact of two children having born from the wedlock of the parties, as evident from the contents of the application and the applicant having custody of one daughter, namely, Himani, who is about 3 years old and also considering the fact of two cases, arising from this matrimonial dispute, already pending in the Courts at Sonepat, the transfer application is allowed and the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act i.e. DMC/643/2020, titled 'Jai Kumar Vs. Anju Rani', filed by the respondent-husband, stands transferred from the Family Court, Panipat, Sonu 2025.09.25 15:53 I agree to specified portions of this document P&HHC
TA-990-2025 to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Sonepat. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, Panipat, to the District and Sessions Judge, Sonepat.
Learned District and Sessions Judge, Sonepat, shall assign the said petition to the Family Court, Sonepat. Even, the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Sonepat, within a period of one month from today onwards.
