(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 01.10.2022 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sirsa, District Sirsa in case CIS No.CHA-7572018 in FIR No.726 dated 27.07.2018 registered under Sections 3, 6, 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 at Police Station City Sirsa, District Sirsa, whereby warrants of arrest against the petitioner have been issued due to his non-appearance before the trial Court. Heard.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within ten days from today. After surrender, in case application for regular bail is moved by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the trial Court on the same day in accordance with law.
