Main case:

Present herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the impugned mutation order dated 20.06.2023 (Annexure P-9), which was sanctioned contrary to Clauses 3.5 and 3.8 of the ULB Department's Notification (Annexure P-11), and in an ultra-hurried manner.

In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner in CM-8180-CWP-2026, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
