(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Section 528 of B.N.S.S, 2023, seeking quashing of FIR No.105 dated 26.09.2022, under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda, as well as the final report filed under Section 173 Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to raise all such pleas before learned trial Court, including the stage of framing of charges as well. Prayer is accepted.
