(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition as after filing of this petition charge-sheet came to be filed and even charges have been framed and that he shall be challenging the order vide which the charges have been ordered to be framed against him. In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to mention that the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the order vide which charges have been ordered to be framed against him.
