The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of letters dated 28.3.2022 (Annexure P-7) and 3.10.2022 (Annexure P-10) whereby the Accident Insurance Claim of the petitioner has been rejected. 2.

The husband of the petitioner was working with respondents as Head Constable (PR). He met with an accident. He was hospitalized and during treatment passed away. The petitioner on account of death of her husband requested the respondents to release the Accident Insurance Claim, however respondent vide communication dated 3.10.2022 without assigning any reason has rejected claim of the petitioner. The petitioner has served Legal Notice upon the respondents.
