(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 02.04.2025 (Annexure P-3), submitted by the petitioner and further seeking implementation of order dated 01.09.2021 in Appeal File No.03/Collector pertaining to Mutation No.2178 of Village Bharta Khurd, Tehsil Nawanshahar, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
